Bhanu is the Founder and Chairman at RateGain, one of the world’s leading SaaS companies in the Travel and Hospitality industry. Bhanu’s tryst with the technology space has taken him through several diverse roles and experiences over the course of his career, spanning nearly two decades. He founded Rategain in 2004 to provide pricing solutions to the hospitality industry which was fast evolving driven by increasing popularity of OTAs. The company has been growing at the rate of 60% revenue YoY and aims to reach USD 100 Mn in revenue by the end of the current financial year. Armed with such a robust growth trajectory, access to customers and extensive capabilities, he envisions establishing RateGain as the world’s most valuable B2B Travel and Hospitality technology company in the years to come.
Widely recognized as one of the thought leaders in the Travel and Hospitality software-as-a-service industry, Bhanu regularly contributes to publications such as ‘The Economic Times’ and ‘Entrepreneur’, and has spoken at various HSMAI events, Hotel Technology Conference, China Low-Cost Airline Summit, Independent Hotel Show, amongst others. Bhanu has been profiled on the Young Turks program of CNBC-TV18 and is an active member of the Delhi chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). He is also on the board of Reddoorz hospitality.
Bhanu has a master’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington, USA in Finance and Computer Science.
